Turkey Creek Field Trip (Palm Bay)

Join Bert Alm for an early morning bird walk, looking for fall migrants, at Turkey Creek Sanctuary, Sunday September 8, 2019 in Palm Bay, 1518 Port Malabar Blvd. Meet in the parking lot at 7:30 AM. The walk should last several hours. Wear comfortable shoes, as this will be a walking field trip over a boardwalk and easy dirt trails. Bring a hat and water. Also bring a lunch as we will have a picnic and social hour after the walk. There is a decent bathroom on location. Turkey Creek is hit or miss for the warblers but it is always a fun experience and it is a little early for the fall migration but there have been some sightings. When it is good it is really good!
