Join us as the North Florida Land Trust leads us on a tour of its first and newly publicly-open preserve. Bogey Creek is a 75-acre scenic preserve consisting of a mix of maritime hammock forest, seep-fed cypress swamps and mixed pine-oak forest. The Preserve neighbors Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve State Park and the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve.
The Preserve is located off Cedar Point Road in north Jacksonville. For parking, go to 6141 Cedar Point Rd.
We suggest that you bring water, insect repellant and sun screen.
