Limited Edition Field Trip to Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area (Kenansville)

On Sunday September 5 Larry Martin and Kathy Rigling will lead Orange Audubon Society’s final Limited Edition Field Trip of the season — to Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area, near Kenansville in Osceola County.
Cost is $12 per person per trip for Audubon members and $17 per person for non-members.
RESERVATIONS BY PHONING KATHY ARE REQUIRED as Limited Edition Field Trips are limited to 12 people. To reserve your space, contact Kathy at (407) 488-9559 or riglingkathy@gmail.com. She will provide details of where to meet and how to pay. A participant waiver is required to complete registration.
Three Lakes and nearby Joe Overstreet Road host very interesting birds, including Red-cockaded Woodpecker, Bachman’s Sparrow, Brown-headed Nuthatch, Short-tailed Hawk, Snail Kite, Crested Caracara, Burrowing Owl, Sandhill and Whooping cranes, and lots of Bald Eagles.
Participants should plan on a long day. Definitely pack a lunch!
