Birding ID Tour (Okeechobee)

This birding tour offers everyone an opportunity to see dozens of species of birds in an environment unique to this area. Lakeside Ranch STA is managed by the South Florida Water Management District, public access is managed by Audubon of Martin County.
DIRECTIONS: From I-95, take Route 714 west, turn right on Route 710, go 1/4 mile and turn left turn on Route 15B. Follow until you reach 98 and make a left, drive for approximately 2.4 miles. The new Lakeside Ranch STA entrance is on your left.
WHAT TO BRING: Binoculars, camera, spotting scopes, sun block, reference books, water and snacks, insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses and protective wear.
