Hernando Audubon Birding Trip to Sweetwater Wetlands (Gainesville)

To carpool meet at 6:30 a.m. at Sunrise Plaza, on SR-50 just east of I-75. Or at 8 a.m. meet in the parking lot at 325 SW Williston Road in Gainesville. There is a $5.00 per vehicle fee (correct change required). Sweetwater Wetlands is a 125-acre park that consists of wetlands and ponds that were created to improve the water quality of wetlands in Paynes Prairie and the Floridan Aquifer.
