Bunche Beach Shorebirds Field Trip (Fort Myers)

This protected beach offers some of the best shorebirding in Lee Co. Walk a mile in either direction scanning the mangroves as well as the sand. Hernando Audubon Birding Trip to Croom Tract of Withlacoochee State Forest

Find Red-cockaded Woodpecker, Bachman’s Sparrow, and other resident forest birds and look for early spring migrants.
